Today I'm wearing No.5 EP layered with No.5 parfum (new release). EP has really grown on me, and it gives the sultry parfum some levity for day-wearing.

Asha !!! Welcome back - I missed you ! Good to hear from you.

It's Mitsouko extrait this afternoon- but I also have samples to try out including that dreadful Secretions Magnifique whose reputation precedes it. Soon I tell myself, soon............
Katie ( Puckrik) 's video review of SM is hilarious .

For Mugler, scent sync Friday- reporting back on the Alien abduction.
I applied a judicious smidge in ye old cleavage (it's way too hot here today for a full spraying of most anything) It seems a lot more subdued than Angel, or maybe I just like jasmin better as a note. I can see wearing this occassionally- but very carefully or it would be way over the top.

No Muglers in my wardrobe, so the SoTD was Idole de Lubin from a sample kindly sent me by another basenoter. Nice, it reminds me of Terre d'Hermes but is quite different and delightful!

SoTE just for a change is Guerlain Chant d'Aromes, which I'm still unsure that I like...probably because of the somewhat aldehydic floral start muting the fleeting citrus top... and the fact that it fades so quickly. Still, it suits my mood tonight, a still warm and a bit muggy September evening. Perhaps though not my usual choice for a scent.

I'm out of synch this morning, wearing this stunning Emeraude vintage pdt, which I've fallen madly in love with. But the day is young, I may get in synch yet! TGIF!

Ooh! I think I'll put that on for my SoLiTE (scent of later in the evening) when the Chant d'Aromes dies... (watching the wristwatch, that'll be pretty soon now, LOL)

I'm wearing Angel today. Someone I don't know very well was standing near me at the timeclock this morning. She complimented me by saying: "OMG! You smell wonderful!" What can I say? Like the Duc, I wear it beautifully too!

You even changed your wardrobe entrance, didn't you?!

Some perfumes are so cloying & overpowering that you feel...

No allusion to TM's Alien intended!

Nah ... It's pretty much always Angel. Every once in a while I change it to what I'm wearing, but not often.

I use Angel, because Angel is my very favorite EVER! I may love others, but Angel is special and will forever be my truest love and best friend.

Good evening all. I've been having trouble posting because babies are so time consuming! Scent twins with jacona in Caron Parfum Sacre. Just wanted to say hi and let you know I think about you guys and miss this place. I'm sure I'll be around more regularly, eventually!

Synced with Thierry Mugler Angel Innocent .
(It is sooooooooooo nice to be able to post!!!! BN has been "server not found" or I can read but not post intermitently for the past few days.)

This has been a bad BN week for me. Like most of you I could not post yesterday, but I could not post the night before.
I completely forgot it was Mugler day, but I don't own any. I think I have a sample of Angel, but unfortunately I don't wear it well and I cannot imagine wearing it in this mini-heat wave we are having in So. California.

I was in such a hurry to get to work this morning that I grabbed a sample from my cosmetic bag and it turned out to be Chloe Fleurs de Capucine. Yesterday I wore Inedite by Lubin from a sample, very spicy with cinnamon and roses, perhaps some carnation. The day before I wore Trefle Pur (probably misspelling)

Welcome back Asha! I have missed you very much.
