Was at Sephora the other day and they had a big display up for Paco Rabanne '1 Million' now that they're pushing it hard here in the USA.
So I smelled it on a card and thought it pretty interesting so I said what the heck and sprayed on myself (after I'd put Versace Pour Homme on earlier before I'd went out) and as I made my way shopping at other stores in the mall, I got 2 compliments on it.
I thought it was basically just the Paco, but later came to realize maybe it was both, and upon messing around at home, I was like - wow, these two really go great together, and I do layer them right on top of each other.
Spraying the Versace first and letting it dry a bit followed by the Paco seemed to yield the best result, or Paco, then Versace, then Paco again. Usually most/any attempts I'd made to layer fragrances yields crap result, but this one, occuring by accident really, is one I actually like.
It seems to me that as much as I like the Versace and wear it quite a bit, it's lacking something, and in the 1 million, there's some punchy mid-note that sort of annoys me, but together, they balance each other out.
Anyone who has these both (or knows of other cool fragrance combos) feel free to comment.
