Guerlain the new ''back to the roots juice'' why? Because GV is a classic and Terre d'Hermès will never become one. GV was made in an different era when class and distinction had a true meaning. I was in Paris when TH went out and damn you could smell it in the metro non stop it's a white collar scents by excellence. Vetiver is by far more virile and authentic especially now that it's a completly difference scent from the 2000-2010 rip ribbon/stripes bottle.

Nervertheless Terre d'Hermès is a very good perfume but Vetiver by Guerlain is better. Try them it's really a question of personnality.

I'd rather choose Equipage, but Vetiver fits good as well.
