Absolute worst packaging (form and function) goes to...Grrr!

Commes de Garcon Sweet Series 7; Wood Coffee. I love the juice but the outer box is clear (let's light in) and flimsy. The inner sleeve is clear and even more flimsy. The inner sleeve once open never seems to fold back to it's original shape so that it neatly fits back in the box. The lettering on the bottle is peeling. Grrrr! Ugh! Thank god the juice smells amazing.

I dislike how the CDG Red series boxes open via a perforated strip around the middle, so you have to destroy the box to open it.

Well, Comme des Garcons heard your complaint and discontinued the entire Sweet line. Hope you're happy with what you've wrought!

In that case I withdraw my complaints about the Red series packaging; don't want to trigger more discontinuations! LOL

I have yet to see a single bottle of the sweet series where the lettering on the bottle isn't half gone and peeling.

For the record, you can easily just open the top or bottom of the red series boxes, though, if you don't want to use the perforated strip.

True, although I figured that out after following the instructions.

I have never seen one of those series... ever.

Not CDG, but one of my least favorite types of packaging is the box style used by Penhaligon's and some older Diors (among others). This type of box has two parts, a lower, flat part in which the bottle sits, and an upper part which fits over the bottle and into the bottom part of the box.

If you pick up the box normally, either you get only the top of the box or the bottom falls off in mid air and the bottle along with it. With this type of box you have to make sure to pick it up from the bottom, which is unlike any other type of box and very inconvenient. I really hate this type of box!
