Take the Movie test

I thought I'd share this with you (my cousin sent it to me from Australia this morning).

It's quite amazing, as my favourite movie turned out to be "Star Wars" which is my favourite!

I was surprised how this worked.

Be honest and don't look at the movie list, until you have completed the sum

Try this test and find out what movie is your favourite.

This amazing math quiz can likely predict which of films you would enjoy the most.

Don't ask me how, but it really works!


Movie Test:


Pick a number from 1-9.


Multiply by 3.


Add 3.


Multiply by 3 again.


Now add the two digits together to find your predicted favourite movie in the list of 18 movies below.

Sunnyfunny be glad for Gone With the Wind, my # was 9, so it could be worse, lol.
Now if I'd gotten 10 for Casablanca that would have been better and pretty accurate.

I got The Joy of Sex With a Goat. This is one of those gag mathematical things where everybody's number comes up as 9, right?

What we have here is maths.

Say the number you picked was x. [(x * 3) + 3] * 3 = (x + 1) * 3 * 3 = (x + 1) * 9
- Any number multiplied by 9 will result in a multiple of 9 (obvious).
- And when you add all the digits of that number up, you will obviously get 9 as the result.

They all equal 9.

No need for the test. I read the list and immediately saw #9 The Joy of Sex With A Goat, my all time favorite, was listed.

I don't think any test will list "The joy of sex with a goat" in it so, it probably won't work for me.

edit: I just saw that it actually does! this is pretty amazing.
