Terre d'Hermes or Guerlain L'Instant - EDT or EDP?

Whats up.

I decided i want a new winter fragrance and after previously trying both and liking them as well i decided it is time to buy one.

The only thing i didnt get a chance to try is the EDP version of TDH, but i am sure it is great.

If you were to choose only one at this time, which would you choose and what version; EDT or EDP?

I only tested the EDT version of both yet, but without hesitation L'Instant.
1) I prefer the smell, of course
2) TdH is often described as better for hotter weather, when L'Instant is a very appropriate choice for cold weather.

Terre d'hermes either version. EDT of guerlain doesnt last long enough to enjoy and the EDP version is super cloying and hard to find.

I choose L'instant EDP! Deep, rich, and comforting. I love it!

Both very nice. Buy both.

If you have to go with one for now- I say L'Instant de Guerlain Pour Homme.

TdH very well crafted scent too, but L'Instant is incredible to me.

Yeah I don't really get the love for Terre d'Hermes. Definitely not bad, but I just find it boring. Well made? Yes. Just not really interesting.

Yeah the only place I see it at is Escentual.

I know someone had mentioned that they knew a place who sold it for relatively cheap overseas. I know it's easier to get in Europe. It's even at the French Sephora.

I own them all and like them all. That said, TDH is my favorite scent, so obviously I would choose that one easily. Both the edt and pp are equally good IMO, but for winter I think I would go pp.

Terre d' Hermes - I cannot live with the rubber vinly note, I have tried and its not for me.

G' L ' Instant Extreme - Fantastic fragrance, awesome. A perfect Ten!

I'm new in basenotes, this is my first post.
Terre and L'instant are differents.
L'instant edp is very gourdmand. I prefere terre edt and l'instant edp, but are different

sr_dedo, welcome to basenotes.

I've only tried Terre d'Hermes once in EdT and L'Insant pour Homme a few times, but I say the L'Instant. Terre came across a bit too much as cologne as opposed to a unique scent.
