For those familiar with Vetiver Tonka

Anything similar but more masculine?

If your familiar w/ Vetiver Tonka, you probably know that its more tonka then vetiver... semi-sweet/gourmand like.

I like the 'round'/'full' smell of VT, but wish it wasn't so unisex....

Whatcha think?

'Similar but more masculine' - no I never never smelled anything like VT.

Have you smelled the new Vetyverio by Diptyque? Another sweet vetiver fragrance that's light on the vetiver.

you clearly didn't read my post....

for the record, I don't think I'm looking for a "VETIVER" fragrance at all... more a Tonka as Vetiver Tonka has hardly any vetiver in it... its more a tonka frag.

I'm looking for a masculine nutty tonka fragrance.

I think the OP was looking for a more masculine semi-sweet/gourmand vetiver, not simply a more masculine vetiver. I'd recommend you give Fat Electrician a try - definite masculine vetiver but with a creamy full sweetness. Great take on vetiver.

Does Hermes Vetiver Tonka has some similarities with Parfumerie Generale Cedrè Sandaraque?
