Nino Cerruti by Cerruti...

I bought a bottle of Nino Cerruti by Cerruti to test. I like how it smells, it is some what addictive. I want an other bottle but i can't find it anymore and the shop, which i bought it from, said that their supplier does not have it in stock any more. So what i want to know is what smells the similar, if not the same, to Nino Cerruti by Cerruti.

*bump* Just yesterday I was looking for Nino Cerruti myself. Basenotes lists it as in production but , sadly, that doesn't seem to be the case any more and it's hard to find even on eBay.

You might try Aramis Devin and Halston I-12. These are easily found, inexpensive and have some similarites with Nino Cerruti, but I'm not sure either will be close enough. I find Nino Cerruti to be a unique fragrance with an unusual combination of notes. To me it is quite green, but also floral and mossy.

There's another fragrance, perhaps a niche one, that wants to come to mind, but doesn't. If it does, I'll post again.

Editing to add Kiton Men, which is the one I was trying to think of earlier. You might try that one first, along with I-12.

Devin is not close enough for me but I haven't tried Halston 1-12 yet.

That'd be great!

I agree. Devin is more piney and leathery than Cerruti, which is more green and floral and mossy. Try the Kiton, which I believe might be closer.

Yeah, I did and I might actually come back to it but I just found a mini on ebay and bid on it just to make sure that I still like it enough to justify the expenses. It's been many years since I smelt it the last time but remember it very fondly.

Thanks for the hint!
