What does that have to do with anything? you seem to be bothered by my comment. I did not mean MR is not unique in the sense the musk notes are similar to Urban Musk, even then, being similar to one fragrance is not enough to make af ragrance not unique.
MR is not unique because it's basically Animalic Musk, covered up with many gourmands notes, that gives it this buttery, creammy, sweet smell. Many fragrances do that, and I'll be honest with you, despite not being a musk expert, at least the dirty, sex smelling musk type. As much as I love Musc Ravageur, I'm tired of people bringing it up over and over when it comes to those dirty musk fragrances. Musc Ravageur is just a high quality gourmand, at least 80% of it is, it has been done before so many times. Taking any Musk dominated fragrance such as urban musk, layer it with one of the countles creamy, powdery sweet gourmands, and you got Musc Ravageur.
So why is musk ravageur better than just combining any musk and gourmand fragrance? Simple: It's a high quality very well blended fragrance. But Not unique, unless you wanna argue it's the high quality that makes it unique. I love Musc Ravageur, but it's still a very safe fragrance.
