I own bottles of both Krizia Uomo Istinto and Krizio Donna Istinto. Both were available here briefly but have now disappeared and I haven't seen either for quite a while. I think they are very hard to find, but I can't say whether they are discontinued.
I don't believe I ever opened the women's version, leaving the box sealed in plastic. I have worn the men's version several times, but it has been a while. I remember it being quite good. It might very well be a variation of the original Krizia Uomo, but if so it is very different, being far less green, piney, mossy and '80s in style, but rather softer and muskier and a little sweeter. It isn't wimped out, though.
I will give you a more detailed report after I get home from work, assuming that I can find the bottles. I'm still somewhat disorganized after my move a couple of months ago.

Editing to say that I really enjoy the Krizia frags, especially the ones for women. I just got a bottle of K de Krizia in parfum strength. That's some great stuff!
Also, my bottle of Krizia Uomo is at my house in the U.S., so I cannot compare directly with Istinto, which I have here in Saudi.
