Chanel Cristalle vs No. 19

I tried Cristalle recently, mainly because I was walking around the Duty Free, and I was taken aback by how green it is and how similar it is to No. 19. I think the No. 19 EDP is smoother and has more white flowers, but the EDT seems very similar to me.

Does anybody else feel the same way?

Ive been wanting to try Cristalle EDP, as I like green scents. I'm gonna have make a trip to the perfume store to find out what it's like.

I find Cristalle to be a little bit more fruity than No 19. I am one of those who think that Cristalle doesn't really work in EDP, unlike No 19. I would also say that Cristalle is a bit more abstract than No 19.

l agree there are strong similarities between the two, but l would say that to my nose No.19 is slightly sharper & more metallic, whereas Cristalle seems more herbal/mossy.

The green openings are similar - kind of grassy - but No. 19 is sharper as noted above (especially the edt). They really separate in the drydown, though: No. 19 heads towards the woods and Cristalle gets bogged down with moss. The edps give me rose/sandalwood and fruit/moss respectively. As you mentioned, the similarities are more striking in the edt.
