What is your favorite refreshing drink during summer or any hot weather?
I like to mix fruit juice with seltzer or sparkling water. I try to remember to drink plain water (I tend to forget) but I have to force it down.

Don't get uncomfortable, unless people really get squeezed together.

How long do you think you would feel comfortable in a small, confined space (e.g. a box/coffin)?

Minutes

Who's the gourmet in your abode?
Me, if anyone. It's not an everyday aficion. When I am traveling on business, I opt for the finest meals I can find and reasonably justify on an expense report. I only occasionally do so if I have to pay.

How often do you drink enough to feel "under the influence"?
Not often, but when we dine out if I have more than one glass of wine I will feel it.

It happens very rarely - usually when I am on vacation.

about 21, although not financially yet.

do you worry about becoming a victim of crime?
I don't dwell on that possibility.

On a scale of 1-10, how forgetful a person are you?
According to our culture we are victims even when we don't know we are...but its the fear that comes when you know you are or about to become one that worries me. But I do have a cure for that, my smoke wagon if you get my drift.

9 and I wish it were lower. I remember stuff (most times they're errands) that I personally wished I could forget like a normal human being but then I have to do it otherwise my conscious will torment me.

What were you apprehensive about for the longest time but got over it?

I’m with Rüssell, I do not like being in large crowds if people are squashed together, otherwise I’m not uncomfortable with it.

The last mess I made, something in the kitchen I’m sure. I am a messy cook.

Favorite fantasy or sci fi – I don’t watch many of those. I liked The Matrix when that came out. A long time ago now.

Tear jerkers – I resent my tears being jerked by Hollywood, though I cry freely all the time. The flight of geese flying south for the winter makes me cry. I often find nature documentaries very moving.

Cloning – is fascinating and strange…and creepy. But it’s wonderful to think that we can clone new body parts – a liver, a limb, a heart – to save lives. I’ve read that rh negative blood cannot be cloned.

I have no tattoos and no plans to acquire any. I have always wanted to try henna tattoos, which are temporary. Maybe I will sometime.

I can only do a headstand against a wall – or I used to be able to. I haven’t tried in ages. I’d probably injure myself now.

Sports – yuck. I hated playing sports, especially basketball and softball. I liked bike riding and water skiing when I was a child, though. And horse back riding. And walking.

I have not gotten over my apprehensions, I just ignore them as best I can to get along as I am socially obligated to, unless my intuition is telling me something, in which case I always heed it and refuse to budge.

What was the last issue you refused to budge on?

What do you do when you are feeling "down in the dumps"?

Do you get stressed easily?
Not as much easily, as variably- usually, there several personal and professional issues likely to stress me instantly, while there other stressful situations, especially at work, that I can handle with little to no stress, simply because I am familiar with them.

What is your ultimate "comfort routine" (anything including, but not limited to and not manadatorily requiring: music, art, wellness, cosmetics/beauty/grooming, vacationing, sports, gifts, shopping, food etc.) not just in times of stress, challenge or overwork, but also simply suitable for the times when you want to be pampered and to unwind?
Have a hefty sheesha.

Same Q
A pedicure always makes me feel pampered.

Comfort = home for me. Home is my sanctuary. I like to read and be quiet, no phone. I like to watch dvds but I’m trying to be more selective, as I am becoming more sensitized to certain things, not less so, as I age.
