Very much, simply because I keep on somewhat "mentally rehearsing" before deciding upon a gift and acquiring it: I indirectly find out about the person's hobbies, passions and leisure, I test and rethink the possibilities to make the gift just perfect, compare similar offers in different shops etc.

I think the only way I could lose everything would be to lose my memory, so I wouldn't know whose arms to run to. But if it were only material things, then it would be to my GF who I see only a couple times a year. She'd cook for me.

Sq
Eating habits, work habits, too much investment (not just financial one) in my fragrance hobby.

Speaking of scaremongering, which current fad/rumor/gossip/trend etc. do you consider to be the most overreacted and unsubstantiated example of publicly endorsed, marketed scaremongering and/or public panic?
Recently read an article about Kaspersky, who has launched a bizarre attack on Apple over its ban on iOS antivirus app, predicting that it will ultimately “mean disaster” for the company as malware developers target the mobile operating system.

Always hoped that I'll get there but I know that's just an illusion and would probably mean death or regression. As they say: "If you don't go forward, you go backwards." - Still hoping to reach the point where I'm not latently at war with myself and have more energy for focusing on external change.

SQ
I'm still trying to find me.

SQ.

What are your coping mechanisms and do you consider scent to be a coping mechanism ?

Physical exercise is my coping mechanism for dealing with stress. Scent for me is not one.
