I love ambre sultan by Serge Lutens and principally "sables by Annick Goutal!
Have you suggest me a similar perfume as a choice?

Histoires de Parfum 1740 is also based on helichrysium/immortelle like Sables. It is quite warm and rich. I like it a lot.

Well, in terms of Ambre Sultan there are quite a few 'ambers' to work your way through:

Tom Ford's Amber Absolute
Annick Goutal's Ambre Fetiche
Estee Lauder's Private Collection Amber Ylang Ylang
Prada Amber pour Homme
Montale's Blue Amber
Histoires de Parfums Ambre 114
... there's lots of them.

As for Sables - I really can't think of anything quite like it. For me, it's all about the vanilla, and the sandalwood, and an almost chocolate accord. Can you identify what it is that you like?

You might try:

Guerlain's Coriolan; and perhaps
Havana Vanille by L'Artisan Parfumeur; also
L'Heure Défendue by Cartier;
ELIXIR Azzaro pour Homme by Azzaro;
AMBRE NUIT by Dior;
Lagerfeld;
Obsession for Men;
M7 by Yves Saint Laurent; these head in the same direction, but they're not Sables.

For Amber SUltan you can try Ambre Russe from Perfume d'Empire and for Sable: get a sample of Asmar from SoOud(launched this autumn) . I tryed Asmar and for me it was quit close to Sable. There is a link between the noses behind these fragrances
