Best. Customer. Service. Ever.

So today I got a call from the Creed representative at my local Neiman Marcus telling me she wanted to thank me for being such a loyal customer, and she had something to give me. Having the day off from work I rushed over to be gifted with:

An unopened vintage bottle of Cuir de Russie! Amazing. I was sooooo glad I decided to let her order my Windsor flacons instead of getting them online, cause I'm pretty sure that's what prompted this amazing gift! All I can say is she has a customer for life now.

I know who you're talking about (can't remember her name, though - blond hair?). She's given me some nice stuff, too (Vintage Tabarome).

Yeah Joanne. She's awesome, always going out of her way for me. She and some of the Sa's at Barney's here are some of the best I've ever met. Do you live here or have you just visited before?

It takes the sticker shock out of that purchase of the Windsor flacon, doesn't it.

I lived there for 13+ years up until June.

Wow... This is really impressive I have to say. One of the best gift I ever heard of. Congratz.

I'm quite envious, I've spent quite a bit on retail, but I mostly get miniatures at best, traveler sizes if I'm lucky, little sample vials mostly.

Anyway, good on you, I feel happy for you!

Congrats for having such nice dependants... where I live no dependant or SA's knows a thing about perfums. They just don't know what they're talking about. They just recommend what's best sold nowadays, the HUGO, 1 Million or Blue that are advertised anywhere.

At the biggest shopping centre in Sevilla, which sells some Lutens, Goutal, Van Cleef's collection extraordinarie or ETRO, at best... no Sales Attendant knew what i was talking about when i asked for Creeds... anyway, one of them recommended me the great new fresh aquatic cologne for boys of the moment... you know: "It's fresh! and lasts!"
