Le Male, Diesel, 1Million, Mitsuoko, Shalimar.

@Pour_Monsieur:
saripatates is right. Wolfgang Joop is German so the correct pronounciation sounds pretty much like Yope in English.

Thank you for setting that right for me , still hate it though LOL !!1111

That'd be because they've finally cottoned on to the CORRECT pronunciation.

But, you're right: it's unpleasant.

Some folks consider it perfume-art, hmm.... maybe so, provided one's taste runs towards perversity.

But, should one call it a fragrance even?

The same for me, this is the demon of fragrances. The nastiest of the nasty ones.

Curve and AdG. Curve is too synthetic and with AdG I get a really bitter note which pisses me off. It's like having a pesky mosquito fly around your ear when trying to go to sleep.

L'EAU D'ISSEY POUR HOMME, by Issey Miyake

I can't even think about it.
Serge Lutens - Serge Noir ... yuck!!!!
Currently probably Allure Homme Sport, there's something in it that reminds me a bit of vomit. Disgusting stuff. But oddly I adore the Cologne Sport version...
Other bad stuff : D&G The One Gentleman, Azzaro pour Homme
post #72 of 99
Andy Tauer Orange Star, probably the worse I've ever smelt.
Kouros is way up there....Givenchy Pi on the list as well
post #74 of 99
Calvin Klein Man. I got a bottle for free and still feel like I over-paid.

Opium by YSL, both the men's and women's version.

Vile.

Drakkar Noir
Beyond Paradise Men
By Man
A Men
B Men
Le Male

(Ironically, I own, or have owned, them all.)

NONE. It's people who do not know how to wear (& how much to wear) their fragrances that offend me with their olfactory assaults.
Currently it is A*MEN Sunessence Summer Storm.
I smelled really good on me one time. Since then it has been vile stench. Go figure.

Encre Noir... *Runs away*

Just horrible to my nose!

Kouros, Grey Flannel.

I cannot yet appreciate Thierry Mugler's new "womanity". I find it artistic, but somehow unappetizing - like an "antigourmand". I won't rule out loving it eventually, but it ain't happening now!

Yes! Death to Le Male!!!

Beyond Paradise is by far the most vile thing I've ever had the displeasure of smelling. Nothing else even comes close...
Can't believe all the hate for Drakkar lol. Oh well, i guess it's an 80's throwback like myself.

Me too,
also about A*Men and Kouros. I don't like both very much, but i don't hate them!
There are two fragrances that just thinking about them traumatise me Ysatis and YSL Paris. nauseating and headache inducing. Reminds me of 1980's hookers!!

1Million is the absolute #1 I detest most.
There are 2 that really bother me... #1 LeMale! Soooooooooo many people wear it, & because of that, I cant stand it anymore. #2 I do not mind it on others but I HATE IT on me, Fahrenheit! Its so chemical. gasoline smelling that I feel like I am burning up!

Bulgari Black.

Burning rubber and vanilla. Like a used condom shot across the room, which lands on a lit vanilla incense candle.

bleh.

Runners-up:
Bora Bora Man Claiborne
OP Juice
Quorum (I want to like this one, but so far, no luck on my skin)

I initially disliked Grey Flannel intensely, but it's growing on me a bit. The good in it does offset some of the powdery 'old man' impression I get from it. I'll reserve judgement on it for a while.
