Pen's Artemisia and Lalique le parfum?

I'm looking for a gift for my wife. I'm wondering how close to one another these perfumes are. I know that she likes Artemisia, but, from reading, I think that she would also like the lalique. I think she likes the soft oriental style, with a bit of green and vanilla as well. Given this, would the lalique be a possibility?

Other suggestions are certainly welcome. Thank you.

She might also like Guerlain's Cologne du 68 or Citizen Queen from JHAG. Maybe Kenzo Amour and Flower as well.

Putain des Palaces reminds me of Artemisia, it's much more daring, though (the name is fitting).
