20 yr old - Please help me choose a fragrance!

Background info: Male/20 years old (so please choose according to that... I don't want a scent that would make me smell older. Audience is 16-24 years of age individuals.)

Hey everyone, I need help choosing a "signature" scent to purchase for myself. Something to wear on a special occasion, but also for daily usage.
Something that is a complement grabber. I've narrowed it down to these scents after testing them. Was wondering which one or two I should purchase. I can't afford them all, but I don't mind spending $50-$60 for one special bottle.

1. La Nuit De L'Homme by Yves Saint Laurent
2. Versace Man by Versace
3. Le Mâle by Jean Paul Gaultier
4. Prada Amber pour Homme by Prada
5. Azzaro pour Homme by Azzaro
6. Allure Homme Sport by Chanel
7. Allure Homme by Chanel

Thank you so much in advance. If there is a fragrance in mind that is not listed, I don't mind you sharing if you TRULY believe it's the best fragrance for me.

I heard Aventus Creed was good, but that's way too expensive. Didn't try it out though so not sure how great it is.

Allure homme sport would be a great choice for a 20 year old. Great smell, great longevity, and good projection. It gets alot of compliments.

I don't know if it was Allure Homme Sport or Allure Homme that I tested... but for the first minute it smelled absolutely horrible. Not sure if it was the bottle or me. But as I walked out of the store I sprayed either Homme Sort, Homme, or La Nuit on my arm..... and one of those three was amazing an hour later. Just don't know which one it was, ugh.

Exactly.

Allure Homme
-- great all year round signature scent. A big bottle of it costs around $75. If that's too much for you, then you should just go with Joop! Jump (similar scent and same projection and longevity).

Chrome by Azzaro. It is great for every day use and is a top complimented scent. It's a good smell for your age I would think.

Old Spice Swagger

Out of those, number 5 by a landslide.

Steer clear of Chrome. It's bland, generic, and boring. Plus it's really only a spring/summer scent. Prada Amber would be a great choice, though it does have some feminine tones. If you want a similar soapy scent with a bit more masculinity, try Mugler Cologne. It basically replaces floral/amber notes with vetiver and keeps the soapiness. Also Allure Sport would be a solid choice.

Aw ease up Shadidas. Most people new to fragrance shopping are overwhelmed by their crude and simple fears--as if a bottle of fragrance on their dresser is a bomb instead of something to make life nice. Everyone has to conquer their own fear of silly dangers. No need for name calling.

Thanks for all the replies everyone!
I ended up choosing La Nuit De L'Homme by Yves Saint Laurent... felt very special and I felt I had to get it.

Now debating between Allure Homme Sport and Allure Homme by Chanel... since those two had the most responses from this thread. I will choose one of these for my second purchase. I tried one of them in the store though and it smelled horrible immediately after the spray, maybe I needed to wait a bit.
