Hello, I was wondering if the Yves Saint Laurent La Nuit de LèHomme can used for everyday daytime cologne for casual wear..? I recently got a sample and really liked it, and saw many good reviews for it!

Thank you

Yes.

It uses some classic notes for men's fragrance - Cardoman and Bergamot on top of Cedar and Lavender on top of Coumarin and Vetiver. Go for it.

Ahhhh I see, so it would be more appropriate to wear the L'Homme during daytime...
But from what I've seen from reviews, it doesn't last long? Is this true? How long does it usually last? I am now torn to buy either Hugo Boss #6 or L'Homme for my casual wear, which one would be the better choice?

Thank you

Thank you

..it has moderate longevity; I can still smell it on me 6-7 hours later, albeit subtly, and I think it would be fine for everyday wear. You need to test them both to decide which one you prefer.

Happy New Years everyone

Im new to this forum and i have to say that it has been pretty useful. Coincidentally this thread helps me since i just picked up L'Homme. It smells very nice and very different.

But at the same time it gives a "special occasion" kind of feel. Maybe it's just me but i may wear it for everyday.

YSL La Nuit De 'Lhomme is more of a night wear and weekend wear than anything else. I love it. I would go with YSL L'homme between those two.

If you like it - then yes. I personally would not.
