Hey guys, just a reminder I'm 17, high school. I'm looking for a signature scent, I change my smells with these daily ; JPG Le Male Terrible , Paco Rabanna One Millon , Black XS , Hugo Boss XY. Well these are all I use at the moment. So, I'm looking for a signature scent that I will enjoy and the others will enjoy (Girls not boys lol). A scent that I can say ; Yes, this is it!!..

Please comment on my fragrance tastes above, my favorite are Hugo Boss XY and JPG Terrible.

I think aqua di gio would fit the bill, nice and fresh aquatic that women like, cool water might work as well.

Either YSL L'Homme or La Nuit de L'Homme would fit the bill for you.
Especially the former is an all-year, all-occasion very versatile scent.

Well I tried most of the fragrances you guys said. I'm kinda sick with the oriental and sweet smells. But I don't want any spicy either. I hated mugler colognes sorry but I don't want people to say i smell like a baby wipe too

At 17, you are dealing with a fresh batch of noses that likely have not grown tired of many of the classics from yesteryear.

If you want a signature scent meaning something that is fairly unique, I would rule out everything that your local drug store carries.

And since you are in HS, I assume you are on somewhat of a budget. I would recommend one of the following:

1776 Russian Leather by Elsha
Azzaro Pour Homme
Havana by Aramis
Kiehls Pour Homme Essence Oil
Maxims Pour Homme
Safari for Men by Ralph Lauren
Third Man by Caron (on the sweet side)
Tiffany for Men (on the sweet side)

Young chicks dig aquatics, fresh/clean, and sweet. Trust me, I've been tappin' 18-19 year olds in my 30's (I think they were after my wallet though).

Anyway...

(please go easy on the trigger with all these)

Aqua di Gio
L'Eau D'Issey pour Homme (Issey Miyake)
Fierce (Abercrombie & Fitch)

Riskier options:
New Haarlem (Bond No. 9)
Happy (Clinique)

Just remember that most girls will grow up and will change their mating preferences; thus what fragrance they prefer on a potential man. When their game changes, yours must follow. Even after commitment they may still be looking.

I don't know if people can tell you what your signature scent should be , I think you just have to keep trying everything until you find a fragrance that hits you between the eyes !! The scent should be something you think about even when you are not wearing it , so perfect that it would be the only fragrance you could happily wear it forever ! You will know when you have found it ! Don't worry about pleasing other people , you should love it and everyone will like it because of you !

Again, I'll recommend Rive Gauche PH. Always fits the bill.
