Dior Cologne Blanche is like vanilla + almond + rosemary. A powdery, slightly herbal vanillic scent.

Pi by Givenchy is vanilla-y. Don't notice many herbal scents but you definitely get vanilla.

Caron pour un homme
Guerlain Jicky
both vanilla-lavender. Pour un homme is fresher, Jicky is more intense (with civet and other notes)

Certain Serge Lutens perfumes also have sweet vanillic drydown with rich herbs. However, they are typically accompanied by heavy doses of amber and the huge spices dominate the vanilla. Examples would be Ambre Sultan or Arabie.

Definitely the Caron Pour un Homme as Cacio mentioned. And welcome to Basenotes. :-)

Ps. If money wasn't an issue, may I suggest A Taste of Heaven from By Kilian, which is also a Lavender + Vanilla sweetheart. Pricey, but smells great.

Really impressed with Eau Duelle from Diptypque. Its their latest offering and probably my preferred scent from this house.

I find Uomo by Moschino to have a herbal quality blended with a soft vanilla base. It's somewhat soapy but not too much, but the herbal vibe is there. Try It! I believe you'll be very pleased
