Help with musk

Thread Starter
I'm so sorry if this has been asked before; I really did try and search out the answer before posting another thread on the matter.

I know natural musk is not legal in the US and I'm wondering if anyone here has recommendations as to what might blend well with floral-type 10% absolutes, what to use, and where to get it. Either the internet has failed me or I'm really not as smart as I'd like to think I am.

get some synthetic musks.

nitro musks and polycyclic musks are potentially dangerous. as long as you are blending your fragrance yourself, you may want to use macrocyclic musks.
