Since Spring is almost here I'v heard a lot of good reviews on Dior Diorissmo
but i never tried it before and i can't find it in a store does anyone have a bottle
or a sample to swap or describe diorissmo the reason i'm interested i this
because i always wanted to try a 50's fragrance and it's legendary from famous
celebrities so if anyone has this please reply

I'll let the experts chime in here. Luca Turin claims that the originally great Diorissimo has been defaced by reformulations. I smelled it last year in a shop (Saks in DC) and I did find it rather sharp, lacking the grace of real muguet. But I have not smelled the original version so I cannot compare.

Public Service Announcement: Weimar27, honey, I'm glad His royal duckyness (waves) could help but if there is a fragrance you are looking for, please post under "Fragrances Wanted" in the Marketplace section of the forum.

Just confirming that one should absolutely avoid modern Diorissimo - it's not the same fragrance. Unfortunately Diorissimo has a tendency to age poorly and go bad or incur damage to the topnotes. If you're sourcing vintage bottles it may take a couple tries to find one that's truly very good.
