Being a martini man, I wonder if Mr. Bond would appreciate the juniper note in Cerruti 1881? It comes across rather gentlemanly, while still being somewhat of a bastard. If I were to pick something the character could actually have worn, it would have to be something very English, and available in the early 'sixties. Penhaligon's Blenheim Bouquet fits the bill. As a basenotes reviewer has aptly put it, "Lemon and pepper in a dry martini. Utterly delightful, refined, and sophisticated." That pretty much describes our hero. Oh, and Halston Z-14 for the chase scenes.
