Dumbo is a Disney creation. Urban Musk is a Tom Ford creation. I wished I could flap my ears when I tried it, anything to fan away the odor of the elephant house. Yes, this was a big dumpy poo...
This fragrance gave me headaches and nausea. It smells like chemical liquorice. It reminds me also the candies in the drugstores. It's old-fashionned and not really wearable.
This Serge Lutens beauty is like a fresh gingerbread cookie or cake. Wore this one a few times, and it has a slight old school vibe (probably because of the ginger and cinnamon), which seems to be...
If you like Bath and Body Works' Midnight Pomegranate, (which is very popular), you will most likely like Viva La Juicy. I love both. There is a very caramel, praline deepness to both of them....
Well, not much to say about this, it's floral, it's fruity, it even has some "beach" feeling, but the game is too short and boring...how can they just think that someone would pay that price for...
Edition Blanche is a ginger BOMB. Most people describe it as as a "lemon meringue pie" sort of scent, but the ginger leaps out and smacks me in the face with every whiff. Can't handle it. Having said that, I didn't care much for AH Sport, but it's the better of the two IMO. I do, however, LOVE the Cologne Sport EDC flanker!
I really wanted to like Edition Blanche but I just can't. Way too peppery for a spring or summer scent and the longevity on my skin is suspect at best. I have seen all of the great reviews of Edition Blanche and I just don't get it. It has a very harsh opening for such a transparent fragrance with poor longevity. I am really disappointed in what many reviewers are calling a signature type of scent for spring or summer. Makes me a little leery to try Allure Homme Sport.
I like edition blanche more than sport really. That creamy lemony ginger scent is amazing for the warmer weather. The orange in sport just doesn't do it for me.

I get the same from EB....some days it gives me lemon pie....other days, the ginger comes out and punches me in the nose. From those two, I'd go with AHS.
However, there are much better choices out there IMO (cheaper too).
Last year I would have said EB for sure. It is still a great fragrance. But having worn AhS more and more I believe it to be the superior fragrance. The dry down of Sport is great.
I just bought Allure Homme Sport yesterday. Really love it!
I already got the original Allure Homme.
The SA in the store realized how hooked I was and got me a sample of Allure Edition Blanche.
Didn't like the citrus opening at first, but after trying it again I got used to it and the drydown is really nice.
I think I'll wind up buying that one too next year.
The only one I really don't like is the Cologne.

What is better and cheaper? I would like to know so I can buy them LOL

Been wearing sport more and more often lately and I think I want to change my vote to Sport. It grew so much on me over the past week or so that I ended up buying a bottle. Both are great though.
Old thread, but I just bought this and had a chance to compare to AHS. I like both scents for different reasons, but would say EB>AHS due to much better sillage and longevity. Some people seem to be saying the opposite but Blanche has much more BANG to me.
I like both, but if I could only choose one....Sport for sure!
Sport: Creamy citrus with pretty good longevity!
EB: I get the creamy lemon, no ginger or pepper? Longevity isn't bad but it isn't as strong as Sport!
I own them both and now have had the experience of wearing them and they are hard to compare. EB is more of a formal scent to me. Can be worn to work but would be a little different going to a 4th of the July cookout. AHS seems to be the most versatile of the two. The problem with AHS is that the citrus at the top is a bit synthetic smelling, while for some reason the Lemon in the top of EB is delicious and more natural smelling. AHS can be dressed up but EB does it better. Think of EB as a white linen suit at a beach wedding and AHS as movie, dinner and bowling, or rock climbing or something like that. EB can be a great work scent if you work in a nice office environment and so could AHS. EB just doesnt' seem like something I would want to smell like daily while AHS does.
