Blackened - I'm also tripping over Lauryn Hill these days. She is amazing.

I'm also hugely into Baccara right now.
They have the cutest, thickest Spanish
accents ever ... they're just adorable.

And check out these magnificent lyrics:

'Yummy, yummy, yummy,
I got love in my tummy
and I feel like a-lovin' you.
Love, you're such a sweet thing
good enough to eat thing
and it's just a-what I'm gonna do'

AAAhahaha, priceless!

Not only is she the best soprano in the world right now,

That Mogwai album is one of their best. One of the most seductively, goth, post-rock albums I've ever heard. Good stuff.

For me today, I was enraptured (many times, on repeat) by the new Panda Bear album, Tomboy - thanks T.

It's just as wonderful as I hoped it would be. I love it.

Dave Brubeck Quartet - Take 5

This song (the whole album, actually), reminds me of a super classy cocktail party.

I grew up with my father listening to this album all of the time. It's a classic.

I have been stuck listening to the new Panda Bear album, it's really impressed me. I finally got something new today, and I love it:

All Days Are Nights: Songs for Lulu by Rufus Wainwright

Tragic, bursting with raw emotion - basically what you've come to expect from a Wainwright album. The perfect album for a rainy Spring evening.
