Occasions for Knize Ten Golden Edition

Hello Basenoters,

I would like to ask your opinions on Knize Ten Golden Edition. On what occasions would you wear this? Formal? Smart casual? Other?

This has to be in my top five fragrances- strong, masculine but with an air of sophistication about it. The citrus gives a nice twist. I prefer it to the original.

Now it's getting cooler in the southern parts of Australia this will be getting more wearings with me and I would like to know your thoughts on this. It could be considered too strong for some crowds.

Much appreciated,

Koala.

I suppose it's a touch formal and I'd envision it going well with a suit or out to a nice dinner, especially with a discrete application. However it's a damn nice perfume and anytime you get the notion to wear it will do fine - if 'the crowd' doesn't care for it I wouldn't stress it, they'll get over it!

I'm going to a black tie dinner next month and there will be a bit of a brandy drinking- cigar smoking crowd. I think I'll give it a go there- it should be perfect for that kind of outing.

Motorhead gig.

A biker convention.

Roleplaying a German panzer officer in a WW2 battle reenactment.

You're doing it wrong. I fixed it for you:
A biker convention + roleplaying a German panzer officer in a WW2 battle reenactment = Motorhead gig

Personally, I'm not getting these associations with Knize Ten though. Is the Golden Edition really that different?

Unless it's radically different from regular Knize Ten, I'd say it's appropriate for any occasion calling for a shirt (or blouse) with buttons.

British Sterling aftershave on a cold winter's day could be considered too strong for some crowds. As long as people have to be within conversation distance to notice you're wearing something, most people will be fine with it.

That sounds like fun...especially if you are getting wiffs of Knize 10 all evening.
