New member Q: can I ask for help to ID two fragrances?

Hi I have just joined up, from Sydney. I discovered this site after going crazy trying to find information about two bottles I have recently been given. While I still cannot find these two bottles on the net, I am pleased to have found this site, because I love perfumes.

Is there anywhere anyone can suggest I can post photos of these two bottles, 1 x Tabu, 1 x Apple Blossom (Helena R).

Thank you

Hi Lydia - I don't entirely understand your question.

You can post photos of the bottles here on this forum, if you're tying to identify the age of the bottles - someone may know.

You can read about those two perfumes on this website - or on lots of other fora:

thanks for your reply, I will send photos through soon. I am familiar with both the perfumes but cannot find actual photographs to ID the particular bottles I have in my possession.

Do you have someone with a digital camera ? Your mobile phone?

Take the photographs yourself - don't spend time looking for them.

I'll hazard a guess and say late 70s to mid 80s.

Whoa!! That's a really life-like looking bottle in the shape of a cat! I'm guessing that's one of those Avon cat shaped type.

Am I missing something? I didn't see a cat in any of the pictures.

Edit: Nevermind, now I know what you are talking about. Very cute kitty!
