Interested on knowing what's out there. Thanks, Brandon

Trust me, I'm not trying to be a wise ass, but Devin is so good, I can't see the point in spending at least three times more money for a niche fragrance that is probably not going to be as good as Devin. Devin is better than just about any niche scent I've tried. I can't say I've ever smelled a niche scent that smells like Devin anyway, though there are some classic designer women's fragrances that I find are similar: Cristalle, Givenchy III, e.g..

Thanks for the reply. Devin just doesn't last on me. I'm on a niche kick right now, so I was wondering.

Devin and Polo are akin. Niche, I don't know anything similar but that doesn't mean that its not out there.

I have heard that Devin & Derby (Guerlain) share some similarities, though I've never tried it myself.

How about the original Jean Pascal men's frag?

Try Fou d'Absinthe by L' Artisan Parfumeur. Still, it's not 'like' Devin, which IMO is fantastic.

Devin is a strange bird. It's so strong right out of the bottle, blasting away for an hour or so, and then nothing. I wore it this afternoon from a sample. It's is an amazing accord, regardless of its longevity issues.

And to think this gem is $48 for 3.4 oz. Smells good enough to be niche.

It's not similar but is has the same herbal vibe along with less sweetness and much better longevity: French Lover

I've only tried Tom Ford's Italian Cypress once, but once it had dried down it reminded me of Devin.

The drydown of Amouage Dia for men is a bit like Devin.

Parfums de Nicolai's Vie de Chateau is VERY close to Devin, but slightly more floral.

Caron Yatagan. I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet. I don't know if it's considered niche or not and it's certainly not expensive but this is a bolder version of Devin. Dry and more animalic.

Indeed. The drydown is all bland sweetness for me, so out of character with the over-the-top opening. I would wear Devin more often if the phases were more balanced with each other.
