What would YOU recommend?

What fragrance would you recommend me to buy that is under 100 dollars that has the scents citrus, ginger, jasmine, vetiver? I like those 4 scents a good amount. I see them in L'homme and Bleu de Chanel. I like that kind of scent if you know what i mean, but l'homme and bleu de chanel has projection problems on me. I just feel its too close to my skin. So what do you guys recommend that has good projection and longevity?

ALSO: the fragrance that you are recommending does not need to have every note i mentioned. one or two notes would be fine.

Thanks!

I'm not sure that you're going to find too many fragrances with all of those notes.

You might want to try:

Versace Blue Jeans

Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme

Roja Dove Unspoken

I don't really like these two BUT you might: Dior Homme Sport or Guerlain Homme

Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme is what also comes to my mind.

I've heard Gucci Envy for Men described as having a touch of ginger - a possible to try? I don't really get it myself.

A very small bottle of Creed Tabarome Millesime might also do it - I like this one but a lot of people don't and ginger is mentioned as the culprit.

I doubt either will tick every box you mention, though.

The Tabarome Millesime is a good suggestion to sample. Pretty prominent citrus and ginger along with tobacco.

Well, now you're asking an entirely different question.

For Vetiver recommendations: Vétiver by Guerlain

Citrus (Lemon)

Ginger:

Jasmine

This:

It has all 4 notes you want.

Hedione is a synthetic reconstruction of a chemical found in Jasmine, and is what gives Eau Sauvage its floral note:

Guerlain's Vetiver has citrus up top and vetiver. A little different than those you mentioned, but a classic worth checking out.

I don't know about Jasmine, but Cartier Declaration has a strong ginger note in it, with citrus, and some vetiver. It's very appropriate for this season. I would highly recommend it!

Cartier declaration cologne

Don't overthink it...they two you originally mentioned, Bleu and L'Homme, fit your description quite well, and are both pretty good scents.

1+ Bleu

I think you should search out for a bottle of the new flanker version of maitre's Pour Le Jeune Homme. It supposedly adds a bright ginger note to what is already an incredibly great citrus-floral. And while the floral is primarily neroli, it is still a white indolic floral, like Jasmine in texture. And the citrus is absolute top shelf.

I like Infusion De Vetiver considerably right now, it is a nice clean soapy fresh scent. Comes off as a class act in my opinion. Live Jazz and Colonia Assoluta are good ones for citrus.
