Well today in NiagaraFalls has been a very strange one to say the least .

Hot, then cool, foggy , then cold, wet then colder ! A day for the fireplace a coffee and the dogs, maybe a movie .

If you had to choose 1 fragrance per season , what would you choose ?

Okay - I will get the ball rolling .

Frapin 1697 - winter
Musc Ravageur - spring
Guerlain Derby - summer
Idole Lubin - fall


Now I will wait for volley2, and the BN's to chime in ! petruccijc , hednic, jack hunter, diamondflame, mymickers, and all you other knowledgable noters !

Hi John! Derby for summer? How were you able to pull that one off? I respect that...continue rocking it!

Winter: Black Aoud/Jubilation XXV/New Haarlem/MR
Spring: L'ombre Dans L'eau/Cologne du 68
Summer: Aventus/Habit Rouge EDC
Fall: Chergui/L'air du Desert Marocain/Coromandel/Derby

Ok...if I really had to pick one though for each season:

Winter: Jubilation XXV
Spring: l'ombre dans l'eau
Summer: Aventus
Fall: LDDM

Yes Derby for summer. You got me hooked on it , and I love it !!!! I will admit it was a tough choice between Aventus and Derby . But, I went with Derby. I had to put it somewhere - I love it . Oh by the way - you also got me hooked on Idole !

I believe last time this Q came up, I said:

Winter: Ambre Narguile
Spring: Green Valley
Summer: Cartier L'Heure Brillante
Fall: Cannabis Santal

The summer 2011 thread got me to look up Frapin L'Humaniste, I'd have to go to Les Scenteurs to try it, could replace the Cartier as a citrus with a good gin note.
