Gala Re-Issue for Feuille Verte (Green Leaf)
June 3rd, 2011
In addition to new CREED Royal-Oud, new CREED Original Cologne and new CREED White Flowers, clients this fall will have another choice in hand-crafted fragrance. CREED Feuille Verte (or Green Leaf) will make a gala return to the US in November in very limited quantity exclusively at this site, at CREED at 794 Madison Avenue at 67th Street in New York (1.877.273.3344) and at special events at a handful of select luxury department stores across the US that carry CREED. Originally presented in the US in 2006, Feuille Verte celebrates the country life of master perfumer Olivier CREED in Fontainebleau, France, where he lives, rides and, of course, creates fragrance in a world renowned workshop down a hidden country lane with his son, Erwin, alongside. The fragrance evokes green leaves after the rain, newly cut grass and fresh earth in notes of mandarine, lime, oakmoss, vanilla, Bulgarian rose and absolute of jasmine. Crown Prince Felipe of Spain received the first bottle in 2006. This fall, just three hundred and fifty 8.4 ounce decanters of Feuille Verte will come to the US. Offered separately will be a color-matched 1.7 ounce leather-wrapped CREED shatterproof atomizer.
