Has anyone heard about or used any of the fragrances form this London establishment?

Their Vetiver, Fougere, Black Tea, Patchouli and Bright Leaf scents sound interesting.

Any input, please?

First time I hear about this brand.

I've tried several of these and all are pretty good. They are somewhat linear but overall good stuff. I have a bottle (almost new/sprayed once) of Bright Leaf (predominantly tobacco) for sale. PM me if interested. Of the others you listed my favorite is Fougere (a more modern take on English Fern/Wild Fern from Pen's/Trumper's).

regards,
Chris

Thanks for the feedback, Chris. Something just struck me re this line. I will be paying their shops a visit very soon. The Vetiver and Fougere seem to be calling out to me.

Thanks once again.

Their Avalon shave cream is also quite nice if you are a traditional wetshaver.

I've bought a few of their products, including the Vetiver and Fougere colognes, and I really like them. Because they're also a gentlemen's barbers, all their products have a really nice, traditional British sensibility. The Fougere cologne is really good but my particularly favourite for the summer is their Avalon. Great citrus fragrance for the warmer months.

I hadnt heard of it yet... but if its traditional British sensibility it offers, it won't be for me. No offense, but british (to be fair, I really mean English) traditions are really boring. It's the worst country in the world.

Care to expand pawful?

I recently bought their vetiver, and REALLY like it.

Imagine a stronger and smoother L'occitane Vetiver. Murdocks take is, in my opinion, better than L'occitanes. It starts out with more citrus, and to me, dries down into more musc and vetiver than L'occitanes take. It also lasts far longer on me.

I'd call it a grown-up vetiver, brimming with authority. It's not very playful, but is more grown up than other vetivers, possibly even Original Vetiver.

So far I love this take on vetiver.

It looks a bit like the stuff from Taylor's of Old Bond Street and Geo.F. Trumper...those produce some high quality stuff.

I love this brand! Their colognes are just all so different, they suit any mood, season etc. I like to wear their Black tea on nights out, and Avalon for the day and all through summer - just so fresh and uplifting! The shave cream is quite heavily scented with the Avalon (citrus) fragrance as well, which just makes shaving a really refreshing activity.
