Best bang for my buck?

From what I've heard, Everlast original is a great cologne for it's price. To me personally, Kouros for $50 was worth every last penny!

What's your choices?

It really depends upon the exact price, but not all frags are selling for certain prices because they were meant to be. Many get discontinued and sell really low for a short period of time. This is why I find that this kind of question needs to be really specific. At this point, I'd rather have some patience and wait for an ebay bargain to come my way. And I do a lot of swapping too, which gets me new stuff without losing anything I think I'll ever use.

There are several decent low cost fragrances. I myself enjoy the classics so all the so called "outdated" scents are half off now or even less. You might spend some money during your search but once you find what you like it will repay you two fold.

No need to spend a lot of money on a fragrance. Not if you don't want to.

Go for the classics. Beat the trends.

I think barring end of the line bargain basement deals, the fragrance that's both cheapand amazing is Grey Flannel. You can get it from many places for less than $20, but it's still one of my favorite green fragrances for men.

Rochas Man, Versaches Dreamer and Arpege by Lanvin are great colognes for less than $50 each.

Also L´Occitane has wonderful scents at very good prices. My recommendation would be Eau des Baux.

Now if you wanna know go the REALLY inexpensive way, for less than 10 dollars you can get Cuba Gold. Great comments on this cheapy!

For me, Rive Gauche is the best deal ever as I enjoy it more than many fragrances costing eight times as much.

Rive Gauche pour Homme now sells here for $25 at Walmart.
Previously I paid $70 and feel it was worth it.
One of the best masculine fragrances in the last 10 years.

-Swiss Army $25
-Rochas Lui $30

Everlast Original is awesome - an extremely good value. Also, +1 on Grey Flannel.

Another great value is ONE MAN SHOW (I think that capitalized itself). Potent and good smelling.

As to Kouros... I finally pulled the trigger and bought this blind at near retail. It should arrive today or tommorow. I can't wait. I've never smelled this before (knowingly).

Whilst "best bang for buck" is obviously relative to both the price paid and enjoyment of the fragrance purchased (for me the likes of VCA, Kouros, Rive Gauche, Yatagan are all excellent value, as I would readily pay more than the going rate for these scents, however others may not), in my opinion there are some tremendous scents available at very low prices (less than €10).

Included in these, I would certainly have One Man Show, Everlast, Pierre Cardin, Bowling Green, Cuba Gold, Worth Pour Homme and my most recent discovery (thanks to powerhouse group), Lomani. The latter at at €7 represents (to me) the best bang for buck value I have obtained at retail (Ebay can throw up some great value from time to time).

Live Jazz is the best bang for my buck in my experience, bar none. I got a 3.4 for about $30.00. The Dreamer comes in second, it is a bit pricier but every bit as incredible.
