Cologne: College Student

Hello, I am a college student that is looking to find a good all around cologne to get some compliments from the the girls. I am half white/asian and I go to school in California. I have smelt almost every fragrance they have at a macy's or mall trailer. For some reason I can never really choose a fragrance. I am really into the "fresh" scents because to me, it seems like what most girls would a guy to smell like. I have gotten "I Am King sean john" and chrome from azzaro. I am not really that happy with either of them. The fragrance I was looking at getting is Green Irish Tweed from creed. On amazon its around 140 about to push my price range, but if it's really as good as everyone says it is. Then I think its well worth it. What I'm wondering is if anyone has ordered off of amazon before and could comfirm that this is a legit sell. http://www.amazon.com/Creed-Green-Ir...4217628&sr=8-2

Also if any experienced basenoters would have a recommendation for me I would greatly appreciate it.

Green Irish Tweed is a safe bet and a wonderful fragrance IMO.

Would you trust Amazon to sell an authentic version? I see in the comments that some people think that it is fake.

I think if it's directly sold under amazon.com, it'll be alright.

But either way, I would just go into the store and buy it. Peace of mind beats any saving imo

If money is an issue, Cool Water (available at most malls) is close to GIT, and way cheaper. I assume you have smelled GIT already - you cannot blind buy something so expensive.

I have tried GIT from a sample and I like it, however I'm not sure how long it really lasts. I dont want a scent that I have to spray on every few hours.
