I have yet to try this house but hear great things about it.

L'Air du Desert Marocain is the jewel in Tauer's crown. Carillon pour an Ange is definitely bottleworthy. Not been overly impressed by anything else.

Pretty much agree here but wished that Carillon pour un Ange had better longevity.

Une Rose Chyprée comes third but the candied clementine ruins it for me.

Orris by far followed by Carillon, followed by L'Air, Une Rose Chypree trailing somewhat behind.

I know he won't ( I'm not the only one nagging him! ), but I wish Tauer would bring back Orris. It's better to my nose than L'Air, but also better than Iris Silver Mist in my opinion. I'm dearly in love with it. It's my favorite nocturnal fragrance.

I've wished to smell Orris for a while. Maybe if he knew there was enough interest. Got two of us so far at least. There are probably more.

I was thinking the same thing. To my nose, Carillon borders on too powerful: this is greenery to survive nuclear winter.

It might be worth forming a petition? I can think of at least ten other Basenoters who'd love to see Orris back again. Perhaps if it could be shown that there were enough willing buyers Orris could return, even as a limited edition if needs be.

What do you guys think of Eau d`Epices?

You should try Pentachord Verdant. It is the nuclear that brought on the winter.

I enjoy it very much. As well as Incense Rose and Incense Extreme.
