1970's black bottle musk oil?

Hi, I'm trying to recall a perfume I used in the 70's. I thought it was called Just Musk, but after reading some posts on this forum I now think not. The bottle was small about 2.5 inches high, slightly shaped and solid black. The musk oil was quite potent and viscous, any ideas anyone please? I'd love to try and find it again if possible, thanks

I think it may have been Houbigant Musk - the packaging was black with male/female symbols in white on it. I had an oil in it & it also was available as a spray edt or edp.

Thank you, I don't recall the male/female symbols - but then it was a long time ago! I don't suppose it's still available anywhere, but I will now do a search for Houbigant, thanks again, Jan x

Alyssa Ashley made musk and civet oils in rounded black bottles in the 70's that were divine....I have been searching for the civet oil for decades now. Maybe this is your remembered scent.

Hi Jan55 - The perfume you are referring to is Coty Wild Musk Oil (1970's, small, dark-coloured glass bottle, with an inbuilt 'dabber' stick). :-)
