Bond No.9 New York Oud

I love this scent! But it is so darned expensive. Does anyone know of a somewhat cheaper source where this can be purchased? Does Bond No.9 make sample bottles?

Probably only from someone selling it at a reduced price on Ebay.

I like this one too, but you're right, the price tag is absolute murder. I've got a 3.4 ml decant to work on for a while before I decide if I want it or not. Sometimes I've seen it pop up on Strawberrynet (but only for like 1-2% off of the retail price), so if you're an established customer you could get a discount on it that way. I doubt eBay will be that friendly as far as prices go though.

Well, I got very lucky today and bought this from a nice basenoter that had it in the "for Sale" thread. Now I just have to wait for the package! So happy and very lucky.

I love this fragrance as well. This is the cheapest place I've found

And I believe Beauty Encounter has coupons discounting 10-15% off.

Thank you Gary, and you have welcomed me only once!

I lurked here for some time and only recently started posting. I was always a bit hesitant to post because my experience and vocabulary is not up to that of most basenote members. I am not new to fragrances but honestly never paid that much attention to them. I had one (which will remain unnamed) from the 80s that I wore when I went out or on special occasions. About a year ago I met a special friend who really likes fragrances so I thought I would update my scent.

I think I have tried every "smell" in department stores and found most all of them to be rather boring. I have done a couple of blind buys and searched for some deals at places like TJMax and even came across a vintage tester bottle of M7 on Ebay for a "buy it now" price that was really quite cheap which I blind bought. A few weeks ago our Nordtrom's started selling Bond No.9 and I happened to be in the store and saw them the first day when the rep from Bond was there. My little sample is gone and I love this scent! This is my first niche fragrance...

Thanks again for the welcome!
