Designer nothing immediately comes to mind. Niche I would say the recently released Nombres d'Or Vetyver by Mona di Orio is incredible and well worth a sample from Lucky Scent to try out... I also am enjoying Honour Man from Amouage quite a bit.

Designer: Womanity by Mugler. Striking and unusual (salty fig bread). Whether one wants to wear it it's a different story. but worth smelling.

Niche: +1 Kurkdjian Absolue pour le soir. Malle Portrait of a lady as well.

i think womanity is worth checking out too, for being noticeably different. I like dsquared potion a lot.

I am currently enjoying Eau Duelle by Diptique, two kinds of vanilla which smell natural (not sweet) and organic paired with light citrus, pepper and musks. Subtle, nice drydown, unisex, warm, comforting.

What I like the most about diptyque fragrances is that they are well done and smell natural, no metallic synthetic drydowns like you would find in most department store frags and in some (sorry to say) "niche" like tom ford frags as well.

Sorry I just realized that you meant designer frags, not really imho.
