What to wear at my sister's wedding?

Hey everyone

I regularly browse Basenotes and hardly post, but I would like a few suggestions from the fragrance community!

The question is what fragrance should I wear at my sister's wedding?

The wedding will be at the end of October, which is a few days before summer officially starts in New Zealand so it will be quite warm.
I am preferably looking for a scent versatile to wear throughout the day instead of changing to an evening scent, although I will if need be.
I am 19 years old, and will of course be suited up on the day.

I currently have bottles/decants/samples of:

  • Dior Homme Intense - Christian Dior

  • H.M. - Hanae Mori
  • L'Eau D'Issey - Issey Miyake
  • L'Eau D'Issey Summer 2009 - Issey Miyake
  • La Nuit De L'Homme - Yves Saint Laurent
  • Love and Luck - Ed Hardy
  • New Haarlem - Bond No. 9
  • Original Santal - Creed
  • Original Vetiver - Creed
  • Presence - Mont Blanc
  • Royal Water - Creed
  • Silver Mountain Water - Creed
  • Vanille - Molinard


I'm leaning towards Dior Homme Sport at the moment, as it is not too loud.

P.S. I also just blind bought Eau de Pamplemousse Rose by Hermes, so that is also a valid option as well.

Great selection to choose from... I would go with Aventus or Dior Homme Intense. Both will last all day and you'll get many compliments!

I like Dior Homme Intense. GIT and Aventus are good choices too.

Yeah, you've got a beautiful wardrobe there with several choices that you'll be able to wear with pleasure and distinction and without upstaging your sister. At nice dinners and formal occasions I prefer to wear perfume quietly. Congrats, by the way!
