I have Pi and VIW and although Pi is a classic for me atm I prefer VIW.

Fragonard Desert hands down.
All three are very sweet scents indeed, Desert has a strong tobacco note that makes it uber masculine while the other two smell just sweet.
If you like Pi, use Vanilla McCormick and you'll save a lot of money, while VIW is a sugary coconut mess.

Virgin Island Water. One of my all time favorites.

But if I only had three scents, VIW wouldn't be one. I generally wear it on weekends, and usually not at night (unless it's a crazy hot Summer night and I'll be outside for a long while in a social setting), so it doesn't make appearances very often.
