what are the greatest designer toBacco fragrances?

i've heard aBout a lot of toBacco Based fragrances on the NICHE side
But i would like to know aBout the ones on the designer market
with good sillage and longevity
i've read good things aBout michael By michael kors and havana By aramis, this last one is harder to get need to order it online and wait 4 months so i can receive it in mèxico
lol
i own BurBerry - london which is supossed to Be heavy on taBacco, i love this scent
i didn't know how much i like toBacco in fragrances, Blended with Booze, vanilla, spices and leather, smells amazing.

i dont smoke But at the place where i chill with my friends they drink a lot, smoke a lot of taBacco and herB too
and i've come to realize that fragrances with toBacco notes tend to last longer and project Better in this escenarios, for example, d&g - the one, only gave me 4 hours max on the regular when im not at the spot with my friends, once i used it on a weekend night to hit the spot, and it lasted the whole night , until the next morning, word up!! from 11pm to 8am, so i was impressed and i couldn't understand why.
im guessing thats the reason, so now im looking for more toBacco fragrances

if y'all know aBout Better choices. let me know
thanx in advance

Havana by Aramis
As mentioned by volley2- Havana by Aramis is fantastic!
I would mention:

Tom Ford - Tobacco & Vanille - I like however the honey just suffocates me, anyways....
Versace Dreamer - Cheap and proper;
Thierry Mugler flanker - Pure Havane - I love this juice.

+1 on the Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille

A cheap but good one is Bogart pour Homme (it smells like cherry pipe tobacco, but a bit synthetic)
+1 on Bogart Pour Homme - smells amazing and lasts 24hrs+ seriously!!!!

Aramis Havana is excellent also (if you can get it) and Czech & Speake Cuba is also worth a mention. Montana Red is a good alternative to Havana (and much lower in price) and another rarely mentioned fragrance with excellent projection & longevity is Jasper Conran Mister - good cigarette-y tobacco basenote - very strong.

Pure Havane

1. Versace The Dreamer (My fave tobacco scent)
2. Banana Republic Black Walnut (Smells amazing for a clothing store brand and smells like straight up tobacco)
3. Dolce & Gabbana Pour Homme (Before reformulation)

Personally, the only tobacco scent I've tried that is worth owning is Tom Ford's Tobacco Vanille.

Pure Havane is definitely liked more than disliked on Basenotes, but I don't like it's A*Men base and find it gets worse as the hours pass. Bogart smells cheap and synthetic, but again, many like it. The Dreamer is pretty inoffensive, but I could go for more tobacco.

Aramis Havana is on my try list, but my nose doesn't like Aramis or Aramis Bermuda Tonic, so I'm not holding out much hope.

Thierry Mugler - Pure Havane
Versace the Dreamer

Much as I love Aramis Havana, I don't get a huge tobacco note from it. Yes, it's there, but I'd not necessarily call it a tobacco frag. It's a beautiful, very dry, blend of herbs, spices and a touch of bay rum, and tobacco underneath it all.

Strangely enough, my favourite tobacco right now is in Guerlain's Vetiver. It's a deep, dark note - somehow putting vetiver on top of it makes it smell fresh. I don't know if this is enough tobacco for the OP. . . Better minds (and noses) than me might suggest otherwise.

Oh, by the way, I've got a bottle of Alt-Innsbruck EDC incoming, which is supposed to be pure tobacco.

To me, the best designer frag I know related to tobacco note is Michael for men.

But there are several others like

Vermeil for men
Pure Havane
Dolce & Gabbana ph
The Dreamer

IMO, Tobacco Vanille is the best tobacco fragrance, hands down.

Pure Havane is nice, but it's more honey sweet than it is tobacco. The tobacco note is very faint.

I'm really enjoying my bottle of Pure Havane right now, contrary to what others say I do get cherry tobacco from it.

Best designer tobacco scents in my opinion are:

Michael Kors
Aramis Havana
Vermeil

Be aware that the Vermeil has a certain old school, slightly soapy quality to it. I think it's great, but some folks might not appreciate it. Michael Kors by comparison is a much more modern scent. Havana is excellent, although the tobacco doesn't dominate as it does in Michael Kors and Vermeil (it includes leather, dried fruit accords and spices). I think your best bets are probably Michael Kors and Havana.

I think we need to make a distinction here. Most all of the responses so far have been about tobacco leaves -- unsmoked tobacco. There's a whole 'nother subset of fragrances with the smell of tobacco smoke, but those should be put in a separate category. For example, Van Cleef & Arpels has a definite smoky vibe, but I wouldn't suggest it to the op because it's the smell of smoked tobacco, not tobacco itself.

You want real REAL tobacco smell? Tabac Aurea from Sonoma Scent Studios nails it darn good.

I'm gonna cast my vote for Guerlain Vetiver, which is more of a tobacco scent to my nose anyway. Runner up Aramis Havana.

I love Michael for Men and Burberry London, too, but they are too similar to me to merit owning both.

But I gotta ask, what's up with your "B" key, hombre?
Definitely Bogart Pour Homme - Great cherry tobacco and vanilla scent. Longevity monster to boot!

How could i forget?

Cuba GOld
Has anyone mentioned Tobaco Latino yet? It was once selling very reasonably but seems to have disappeared (good thing I stocked up). Take B*Men and tone it down considerably, then add a light but persistent tobacco note. I find myself drawn to TL as much as any other frag, though I find I need one or two more sprays than usual, in order to get the effect I'm looking for.

not really on the tobacco side but taste of fragrance works great with smokers. dreamer is the best though hands down..
