Vintage Guerlain Perfumes- Shalimar, Mitsuoko, Vol De Nuit, Les meteorites (Samsara)

Hi!

I have several bottles of vintage Guerlain parfums.

Could you please help finding out their age, and value?

Attached are some of the pictures, and the description (to the best of my knowledge).

1. Guerlain Vol de Nuit 7.5ml (0.25 FL OZ) Parfum
2. Guerlain Mitsuoko 7.5ml (0.25 FL OZ) PARFUM
3. Guerlain Samsara Parfum 7.5ml
4. Guerlain Samsara Parfum 15ml

I think that some of them are from the 80's (and still haven't been used).

I also have two editions of Les Meteorites:
1. Guerlain Les Meteorites Samsara Parfum Spray Refill 7.5ml. (Circa 1989?)
2. Guerlain Les Meteorites Shalimar Refillable Parfum spray 7.5ml. (Circa 1989?)

There are no photos attached.

As far as values are concerned, you can use ebay as a guide as these things come up there often. You will find prices vary because, as with all collectables, people will spend whatever they would like for something. But ebay is still a good resource to give you an idea.

If you post pics, we can give you a better idea as to the vintage.

You cannot post them directly in the forum. You must post pictures on other websites (such as photobucket or whatever) and then link them in this forum.

Anyway, Mitsouko and vol de nuit have been recently reformulated due to ingredient restrictions, so please preserve your vintage stuff well!

Thanks Cacio for the info about the reformulations. I know that most of the vintage Guerlains are being reformulated because of the IFRA regulations.

Your Vol de Nuit parfum is post 1983, but could have been produced any time up until the mid 90s.
Your Samsara parfum which you've listed as Shalimar is also late 90s.
Your Mitsouko parfum is 80s (I would buy this in a heartbeat)!
Your two Meteorites presentations are late 80s.

As to price, again, eBay is potentially your best resource.

Nice stuff you got there.

I have just noticed that I have several Meteorites Refillable Sprays: Shalimar, Samsara and Mitsuoko.

Also I have Mitsouko on 100ml (Eau de cologne produced after 1983?). Here is the pic:

Your dates with those are pretty spot on.
Theres a bit of confusion over the Mitsouko bottle in the black & gold box. That packaging was used from 1983, however the gold screw-top cap was used 1972 - 1979, so its a tricky one to date effectively.

So what do you plan to do with all these? Sit or sell?

To be honest, although i am a parfum fan, the plan for these parfums is to sell them (if the offer is good). That's why, i am asking how much is their value.
