What are you buying yourself for Christmas?

Ho ho ho. It's that time of year again. In the true spirit of Christmas getting, I always ask my friends this same question. What are you buying yourself for Christmas?

Well, I've been particularly good this year. So I bought Feuille Verte. And Aveda Pure-formance Men. And I found a too-good-to-be-true deal on Patou Pour Homme online last night. It'll be a miracle if it actually shows up.

So you've been good this year. What are you buying yourself for Christmas?

13 Les Senteurs Gourmands Fragrances (entire line blind)
Chanel Egoiste or Dior Homme Sport for the spring.
L'Instant Extreme, L'Anarchiste, Pino Silvestre, and Animale Animale. Purchased them all blind this summer, and they have been in storage since then. My family is going to let me unwrap them as Christmas presents "from them", and I can finally smell these after months of waiting!

Eau de Nada

Possibly Black Orchid. We'll see how the mood strikes me when it's closer to year's end.

That's funny.

Enjoy!

I am thinking Tauer LDDM, Montale Red Vetyver or Red Aoud ( or the loser for the 20ml freebie), an Acqua di Parma Colonia variant (Colonia, Intensa, Assoluta or Essenza)
I've just ordered Amouage Epic man & Memoir Man plus Chergui and Burning Leaves. That's enough I think. For now....I want Tauer LDDM but I can't find it...

Edit; Found it and ordered! Also ordered an extra bottle of DHI, I am running out.
Hopefully Coromandel and/or Sycomore. Also L'heure Bleue, Mitsuoko, Jicky,... AHHHH!!! Only if I am Santa himself.
This Christmas, I'd like Santa to bring me Tauer LDDM, Amouage Epic Man and Creed Windsor. This request should be accompanied by Eartha Kitt singing "Santa Baby" ;-)
I believe that I've been buying myself something for Christmas all year long. lol
post #15 of 119
+ Lubin Idole edp

LOL!

But I finally got tired of using samples of a couple of favorites and bought Black Aoud from Paris (already arrived) and Ambre Sultan which should arrive on Friday. Oh, and Silver Factory too.

A great one.

This is what I should buy myself, but somehow something else will come up. Already shot a wad on Fueille Verte.
I'm turning 40 in a few days and I ordered myself a present last night, 8ml of Chanel Bois Noir. Hope it gets here in time to wear it on my b-day.
Enjoy the good stuff and happy birthday.
Just bought myself

Cartier Roadster
Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme
Givenchy Play Intense

Overstock.com had $20 off $50 coupons and I got each 3.3oz bottle for around $35 brand new. Score!
I'll get Terre D'Hermes Eau de Parfum 200 ml spray version, a Frederic Malle Musc Ravageur EDT, Izzy Miaki L'Eau D'Izzy 200 ml EDT spray for spring, a Creed GIT 125 ml EDT and finally a Santa Maria Novella shaving cream & a new tub of Acqua Di Parma shaving cream.

That's it for now

LoL thanks DNT and CHS!

Oh and I forgot to answer the question......for Christmas I have asked for these:

Chanel Allure Homme
Egoiste (backup)
Lauder for Men
Safari for men
Lalique Pour Homme
Eau de Rochas Homme
Xeryus or Xeryus Rouge

.....although I'm pretty sure my dad won't be able to find most of them, so I may end up buying for myself with money from Santa.
It's too early for this. I have to buy myself a Thanksgiving present first!

Hahahahahahaha!!!

And remember, there's still plenty of time to pack in more good behavior between now and Christmas. . .

Caron: Pour un Homme and 3rd Homme.
I will ask my dear for some cheaper (or rather not that expensive) fragrance like Fahrenheit that I wanted for a long time. Then buy myself something expensive, probably my first niche. So far candidates are: Musc Ravageur or Black Aoud or Al Oudh
post #29 of 119
I asked Santa for Eau d'Ikar. And I might get myself the Lubin Idole edp if it is available.
At least something by Christian Lacroix and by L'Erbolario, but it's not definitive yet

I've been a good boy, too, but I have also been good at rewarding myself throughout the year... I think I'll settle with the Eau de Nada, too.
I've gone for Monsieur Latiffe, Sagamore and Chamade EDP. I'll be checking out a couple of other Guerlains as well.

Just bought myself a nice big bottle of Tobacco Vanille, however I think I shall be asking my family for a few others.

At the moment I'm undecided between LDDM and Ambre Sultan... And I'll decide on one more bottle when the last of my samples arrive...

And you will smell WONDERFUL, sir!

I'll probably be getting the new Hermessence Santal Massois, but I need to sniff it first It just seems like something I will like, and I will be in a city with an Hermes store for the holidays. I've been relatively good this year with purchases

I just got a bottle of Patou Pour Homme so I'm set for a while. I didn't ask for or intend on getting any fragrances this Christmas, because on January 2nd (a week afterward) I'm flying down to Disneyworld and they have a Guerlain boutique
post #53 of 119
I hope to get Original Vetiver and Original Cologne by Creed.
Thanks to code SELF20 I am now also getting 100ml of Sartorial at an irresistible 20% discount from Selfridges (plus £5 deliv tho). It's supposed to be only 10% off beauty with SELF10 but there's a glitch with a few brands inc. Diptyque and L'Artisan Parfumeur (only a few scents though)
does selfridges ship to the US?

wow a tom ford TV 8.4oz is only $360 after converting....instead of 450 here....plus 10% off! you save a ton getting it there!

Lucky Tott! Enjoy yourself! The city of lights is a marvel in the winter.

As for me, I treat myself all year round with goodies. My family spoils me with gifts (although they refuse to buy me fragrance.)
Chanel Pour Monsieur Concentree and Les Exclusifs de Chanel (still not yet decided which one to get first)
