I have sampled Le Labo's Rose 31 more than a few times trying to make up my mind if this was FBW. I had sampled previously from the Perfumed Court and Luckyscent trying to make up my mind. I decided that I was totally in love with this musky rose scent so I purchased a bottle from Le Labo directly. I had gotten a strong cumin note that I was not too fond of on 1 or 2 of the samples I had purchased. Well, this one has a strong cumin presence and I am not happy. I am currently suffering from a pretty bad cold. I was wondering with the 30 degree weather outside coupled with my cold, could my nose be playing tricks on me? Has anyone experienced a really strong cumin note with their bottles? I am hoping that this is just the first 2 sprays of my new bottle and with the weather and my headcold the cumin will fade into the background faster and give me the Rose 31 I hoped I was buying.
