I know you said "excluding SMW", but I'm gonna include it anyway because it's my all time favorite fragrance.

1. Silver Mountain Water
2. Himalaya
3. Aventus
4. Virgin Island Water
5. Millesime Imperial
6. Bois du Portugal (didn't like it the first few times I tried it, then I started liking it)

Thanks so much for participating in my curious mind. Have any of you tried Royal Oud? If so, what do you think of it?

Royal Oud is definitely my favorite Creed out of the ones i've tried so far. But the name can be misleading. This is not your typical Oud fragrance meaning that there's no in your face medicinal Oud. What you mostly get is a sweet spicy woody fragrance along the line of Bois du Portugal, a hint of Tea of Two, also hints of Gucci Pour Homme I. It's not particularly original, in fact I thought it was bland on first testing, however as the day goes by i couldn't stop sniffing my wrist, i think it's "grow on you" type of scent, you appreciate it everyday you wear and discover something new each time.

It went from just ok to my number 1 Creed. If you're into spciy woody orientals with hints of sweetness, then this might be for you.

GIT and SMW would normally both be in my top 5.

Excluding those two -

Millesime Imperial.
Bois du Portugal.
Baie de Genievre.
Original Vetiver.
Neroli Sauvage.

I am not the biggest Creed fan, but excluding the ones you have mentioned...

Jardin d'Amalfi (the best I've smelled from the house since GIT)
Himalaya (very versatile scent and my favorite Creed)
MI (one of the few pleasant aquatics with a nice salty melon accord)
Virgin Island Water (limited in its use, but nice tropical coconut scent)

BdP
Acier Aluminum

I have sampled another 25% or so of the line and haven't found another one I like. Eventually I might get through the rest of the them and find another one or two I like.

Unfortunately for me, my favourites have all been discontinued:

Cuir de Russie.
Royal English Leather.
Vetiver 1948.
Vintage Tabarome.
Cypres-Musc.

Looking at what's still available from Creed's UK website, my favourites are Orange Spice, Green Irish Tweed, Bois de Portugal and New Tabarome.

To me, the 1948 Vetiver was in a class by itself. BdG is an excellent fragrance. My list probably reflects my age.

Ok so no GIT or SMW and ones I have tried.

Millesime Imperiale
Bois du Portugal
Himalaya
Tabarome Millesime
Bois de Santal

If it had to be a list of available Creeds I'd swap out Bois de Santal for Neroli Sauvage.

Lol
Out of a dozen or so that I've bought/been gifted or sampled (including GIT, SMW, Aventus, Bois du Portugal, Himalaya, etc.), only MI stood out. At least with Creed I like one of their fragrances, unlike Bond no 9.

1. Baie de Genievre
2. Millesime Imperial
3. Royal English Leather
4. Royal Oud
5. Silver Mountain Water
I only own GIT & MI, and although I like both, I have to say I find them slightly overrated. Infact this goes for most of the other Creeds I've sampled too I'm afraid.
Cuir de Russie
Royal English Leather
Vintage Tabarome
Cypres-Musc
Green Irish Tweed
1 - GIT
2 - Aventus
3 - BdP
4 - MI
5 - SMW

I haven't tried too many of their other offerings, mainly because of their horrendous quality control.
1) aventus
2) GIT
3)SMW
4) Himalaya
5) Green Valley
I've only tried three.

MI, GIT, and SMW

I would rank Millesime Imperial as best.
GIT as second.
SMW as third, though it is still really good.
1) Green Irish Tweed
2) Millesime Imperial
3) Silver Mountain Water
4) Himalaya

*Haven't tried Aventus, Royal Oud or Windsor yet.
Since I don't see this in the poll above I will pick my no. 5 as:

5) Royal Delight
From my limited Creed experience I would go with:

1. Aventus
2. Green Irish Tweed
3. Virgin Island Water
4. Bois du Portugal
5. Original Santal...
