MdM is an amazing classic Guerlain, but Heritage is just as good. Also Habit Rouge EDP.

I've liked every guerlain I've smelled. My favorite right now is the Heritage EDP, which might be the best option if you only want one from the house. Heritage certainly isn't Guerlain's biggest hit but my understanding is that is is sort of an homage to the older guerlain greats.

I really like L'instant EDT and I liked Habit Rouge as well

Derby

Derby, with a good half a dozen others fighting for second place. Great house!

Mitsouko, Jicky, Shalimar, Apres l'Ondee.

Shalimar parfum initial-- Less expensive
Vetiver Pour Elle-- Very Expensive

Both female marketed scents, but as a man, I still think they are best in house.

On me

Songe d'un Bois d'Ete
Vintage Vetiver
Habit Rouge edt

Eau de Guerlain
Heritage edp

On someone else

Vintage L'Heure Bleue edp or parfum
Vintage Mitsouko
Vintage Shalimar edp or parfum
Sous le Vent
Attrape Coeur

I get the most pleasure from smelling fragrances on other people. There's nothing better than smelling vintage L'Heure Bleue parfum or Mitsouko parfum on my girlfriend.

My wife is going to the US for a month on Friday and she's bringing me back a bottle of Derby. I've been testing the aftershave recently and if the edt is better then I am going to be very happy indeed!

Heritage or Mouchoir de Monsieur for me.
I wouldn't buy any of the non male scents, at least not without trying first.
Why any man would want to wear L'Heure Bleu is beyond me.
