Well, not much to say about this, it's floral, it's fruity, it even has some "beach" feeling, but the game is too short and boring...how can they just think that someone would pay that price for...
Going on with my Gardenia state-of-mind...
This one is my Holy Grail for Gardenia scents, maybe it's a tiny bit less realistic than "Gardez-Moi" (even though it contains mostly Gardenia...
First of all, It's a Gardenia phase for me, so I'm trying to sniff almost every Gardenia-based fragrance (wish I could try "Une voix noire", because I'm a leather-addict) and must admit that this...
Posh Cool Water Green Irish Tweed is undoubtedly a finer scent than its Davidoff cousin, of much higher quality, smoother, less of the somewhat stiff, aggressive wife beater vibe, alas as I...
That bright summery top note combines a restrained lemon, a full-on neroli and a rosemary note, that in the drydown turns greener. This transforms into a mint aroma with a hint of eucalyptus, and...
Any love for Scent Intense ? Some have labelled it "the ultimate going out scent" & "has a cult following" ... please share your thoughts on Scent Intesne.
I also love it. It's a good example of how a scent marketed for women can easily be worn by men. A male colleague (whose hobbies don't include fragrances) liked it on the first sniff.
Duke - You cant compare Scent Intense and Homme from CN - two completely different fragrances. Homme is a spicebomb - distinct, woodsy and powerful. My friend Victoria at eaumg.net describes it as Chai and Peach Pie.. but I dont get that at all. Scent Intense is sweet, floral but quite edgy. This is a case where gender distinction can be relevant - I know lots of guys who wear SN and lots of gals who wear homme.
I would recommend testing them both.. both are great frags.
Synthetic for sure but anyway one of the most attractive fragrances ever. Enigmatic and chic, velvety and dark. Yes, there is a sweat undertone in it, and is attractive, magnetic, that's the secret, the animal, human, feromonical cystine. Number one fragrance for clubbing.

Thanks & Love your post. A bottle may be on its way
i always thought this was so unique. it actually influenced me to go on an amber kick around 2003/04. it was like the Black Orchid of the early 2000's.
ALL fragrances one wears out of a bottle are synthetic (even if they ARE made of natural ingredients, they're still "synthesized" to create their overall effect). I've yet to see a person walk up to a cat, grab it by its ankles and rub its ass on their necks to get their civet fix... doah! That being said, I don't find anything particularly synthetic about this scent - when I think of synthetic, certain Calvin Klein scents or something like Ultraviolet comes to mind.
I also don't recall there being anything distinct about this being marketed toward women. I bought my bottle when it first came out at Neiman Marcus and it was in the men's section. It's a perfectly androgynous scent that still smells a bit daring for either sex to wear.
What is the longevity and projection/silage with CN Scent Intense. Cheers
Perfect, though deceptive. It doesn't choke people, but it subtly entices for a decently long period. I'll usually still be able to detect it on myself the next day.
