I concur and yes, you head JR correctly: The great Versace l'Homme is NOT the same as Versace pour Homme, nor Versace Man.
Slightly confused?
( Good God! There's also Versace Man Eau FraƮche-- but I doubt you'll get that mixed up with the others and fail the quiz that follows.)

OK Versace l'Homme (1984)
--May I suggest you read the reviews and pay particular attention to the ones by Andrewthecologneguy, LuxGuardian, ZgB
Basteri, scentimus, Tony T, StylinLA :--the longer one by Dervant and the negative one by Off-Center?
All on page 1 and relatively recent compared to page 2. (Am I going too fast?) The older ones by by akinyildirim, Kaern, foetidus, Naed_Nitram, Ken Russel, TVLampboy, and your humble servant.
Why?
Because you're missing out on a great frag, dummy!
One ideal for summer, no less. And because, despite StylinLA's good scent buying karma: " I've seen several discussions of the reformulation and have a fair amount of confidence that they haven't totally screwed this one up."
I have to agree with Off-Scenter's " The swill that now passes for a drydown arrived at the compounding facility in steel drums labeled Base Notes, Male, Overstock.
Yes, this has been reformulated into crap but it's well worth hunting down one of the 'original' bottles.
I'm fast closing in on one . . .
Cheers,
Mario
