Etro Via Verri: Different versions

I couldn't find much information about this, so I'm asking you boys and gals about the difference between the three versions of Etro's Via Verri.
Apparently, the first one came out around 2005 and it was a rose-dominated fragrance.
The two subsequent versions, from 2008 and 2010 respectively, seem to be more spicy floral.
I am especially interested in the 2008 version, so if anybody has that one, please chime in...

I have the first one (2005), and it is a huge synthetic rose with great linearity but very little subtlety. Etro has a beautiful line, but this is a very disappointing segment of it.
